We do our best to ensure customer satisfaction when fulfilling orders at Omazing Products. We offer a wide range of quality products for various needs. However, we understand there are times when the products ordered may not be quite what you were looking for and returns are required. Please read below for return options and instructions.
Return Policy
Unused, unopened, and unmarked products may be returned within 30 days from delivery date for a Refund, Exchange or Credit. The Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt by our Returns Department before accepted for a refund, exchange, or credit. If there is any sign that the product has been opened or the container marked in any way, the product will not be accepted for return and the Customer will be notified.
If a mistake was made by Omazing Products when processing the order, the company will pay for the return shipping by sending a prepaid return label to be used to return the product to us. Upon acceptance of the return by our Returns Department, the correct product will be shipped to the Customer at no charge.
Please note that returning all or part of an order for a refund voids any discount(s) that were applied to the original order. Such discount(s) will be deducted from the cost of the item(s) being returned prior to a refund being issued. Original shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility and will be not refunded or credited.
Procedure
Returns accepted by our Returns Department are eligible for a Refund, Exchange, or Credit, as outlined below. Please provide Customer Support with the appropriate information and instructions when initiating a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Department directly by calling 1-888-817-3481 so that a Return Authorization Number (RMA) can be created. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.
To expedite the return and reduce the possibility of confusion or delay, please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Exchange or Credit
- Exchange – Customer Support will create the order for the product Exchange and obtain payment from the Customer for shipping as well as any difference in product cost. If the cost of the exchanged product is less than the original product, a credit will be issued to the Customer’s account. The order will then be processed and sent to the Customer’s shipping address on file (unless otherwise instructed).
- Credit – a Credit Memo will be issued and emailed to the Customer’s email address on file, or mailed to the Customer’s billing address on file (unless otherwise instructed). Credits are valid for 12 month(s) from issue date and can be transferred to a friend or family member. Please notify Customer Support at 1-888-817-3481 to initiate a Credit transfer request.
Refund
Refund – a Refund (net of any original discounts and shipping) will be issued in the form of a company check and mailed to the customer’s billing address on file (unless otherwise instructed) within 5 business days from acceptance by our Returns Department.
Rejected Returns
The Customer will be promptly notified by Customer Support if a returned item(s) is rejected by our Returns Department. Rejected returns may be claimed by the Customer within 14 days of notification. The Customer is responsible for payment of the cost to ship the item(s) back to them. Please contact Customer Support at 1-888-817-3481 to process a rejected return claim. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.
